Linda McKoy Stewart’s lifelong passion for storytelling has taken her across the globe and into the hearts of millions of readers. As a travel journalist, Linda has chronicled over 100 journeys, from the icy landscapes of the North Pole to the steamy jungles of Southeast Asia. Whether writing about the opulence of Europe’s finest resorts or her encounter with “Mama” Obama in Kenya, Linda’s work has been featured in nearly every major North American newspaper.

Throughout her illustrious career, Linda has held key roles with renowned publishers, including Hachette, Edge Magazine, and Book of the Month Club.


Her third book, 25 Months, published in 2004, reveals a deeply personal chapter of her life: the struggle she and her husband Jack faced as Alzheimer’s disease slowly reshaped their world. Linda has called Rumson, NJ home since 1975, where she continues to write and inspire.
